I just uploaded a few images with Pixhost with no problems.
I also opened a few images which I had previously posted with them. I did receive and click upon the usual "click to continue to your image" directive when clicking onto any Pixhost hosted image for the first time, and the images opened fine and without incident for me.
My Kaspersky anti-virus blocks and is quite sensitive to any lurking potential or actual viruses and it allowed me through without issue.
