Looks like the same girl to me.
Spot near her left eye in most layouts, but maybe brushed out of some photos, blocked, or in the shadow.
The spot does not seem to be in the black & white set, but it sure looks like her anyway.
Maybe the spot was removed in some way.

So, we'll merge them, and use the Cynthia Gaynor ID from Penthouse as the primary ID.
