Generally speaking, no. But it might be a bug in the forum software: when creating the Mystery Box entry,
exfarmer apparently took your second post in the original thread and edited it (copy-pasted the text from the first post). This additional text does not show up in searches, maybe the forum software "forgets" to update some index or something like that. I'm not familiar with vbulletin internals though.
