From Chicago with
it's nasty Sodium
vapor street lights
one can hardly
see any stars,
but more than
I went on
a camping trip
to a small
town in Michigan
that had such
a small population
that there were
very few lights
and when I
went out into
this big field
at about 9
p.m. I was
stunned by the
thousands of stars
and other objects
I saw in
the sky including
the Milky Way
our Galaxy seen
edge on as
a long band
that stretched from
horizon to horizon!
