Yeah absolutely. The best version I have of Birgit in the loop Her Biggest Day is from the CC site, and it runs really quick.

Because of the way frames are interleaved in files that use codecs with high compression like Quicktime and DivX it is near impossible to re-master them to run slower. Quite a lot of the CC transfers on the Danish Hardcore video series also run too quick.

I like the motion to be realistic, and I don't like it too fast or too slow. A lot of the BV transfers are the opposite, they run too slow - many films that were meant to be played at 24fps were transferred at 18fps.
