The reason for the cautious wording is that this film is her only known movie appearance, and the only reference to that name. Promotional material for the film mentions the name "Elfie Zacharias" prominently (without giving us a character name), she's one of the leads of the film, and the association is largely done by elimination - the question "who else could it be?" has here no plausible answers.
