Right now I have two pending request and I don't want refuse them... I, simply, hate this habit. Times ago I subscribed some "be my friend". I changed my mind and now I feel tired of "web friends". Maybe a no-reply after 4-5-10 days will deserve to remove automatically the request?

Unfortunately they will not be automatically removed if you do not take some action.
Admin has no options to remove pending friend requests either.
