Honestly I can't replicate any issues that members have so unfortunately I can't help with these issues.

Inspection of the page source itself shows a lot of javascript being used. If you have this disabled on your system or not installed at all, this may be the source of the problems.

Other than that, I'm out of ideas. If you have an account with them, contact support at the site with very specific details of the problems you are encountering. "The site doesn't work" or "I can't download" sent by itself with no specifics will not get a response.
