Countries refusing to implement this dictate from Brussels/Berlin will be "punished" financially and denounced as "nationalists". Increasing poverty, insecure employment circumstances, the undermining of democracy and the pushing of competition between workers to its extremes is not how they're going to "bring Europe together".
