For sure that can be very depressing. I had my heart broken twice. Now looking at the past, I understand that's myself, who put me in such depressing mood.

That's maybe why, if you have to separate from your wife, try to meet friends, to do sports, to meditate, to travel, to take course of latino dances (there are a lot of women there. )... to be active. Don't think too much at the past. Present, only present. As much as you can.

But don't stay alone in front of your computer, smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
As long as you don't get a terminal cancer, your life is not over. That's only a page that's turn. Try to be positive.
