It is difficult (maybe impossible) to state.
Many French, German, Italian, Greek, and into the 1990s- Brasilian and Japanese movies were never copyrighted in the U.S.A., and therefore shouldn't be subjected to fake DMCA takedown orders if hosted on U.S.A. servers.
If the movie ever played in your country, it may be copyrighted.
But there are instances, mostly from the 1970s in the U.S.A., where the copyright application was incorrectly filed and therefore ruled invalid. This affects not merely explicit erotica, but any number of regular Hollywood [M.P.A.A. rated] movies released to theaters and drive-ins.
