Not a program but a neat trick to download Youtube videos without the need for ANY add-ons/software or technical knowledge
Simply add "ok" to the youtube URL before the Y of Youtube and hit the "go" button or refresh the page 
So
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkD_rWUiIZI
becomes
http://www.okyoutube.com/watch?v=dkD_rWUiIZI
