1130 people exist today simply because Charlotte Princess of Wales died on the 6 of November 1817. ( She died a few hours after given birth to a stillborn son.

If she had not died on this date Queen Victoria would never have been born as she only exist because Charlotte died and because Charlotte died there was a succession crisis in the British monarchy and that the King gave order that the first legitimate child of his unmarried brothers would be hair to the throne. This ended in a marriage between Prince Edward, Duke of Kent and Strathearn ( the brother of King George III ) and Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld who are the parents of Queen Victoria this marriage would not have happened if Charlotte had not died in 1817.

Just think about it pretty much every royal member of a European dynasty that are descendent's from Queen Victoria only exist because of the death of a 21 year old princess on the 6 of November 1817.

Princess Charlotte the princess of Wales was called the English Rose. And her death set off tremendous mourning among the British.
