There is quite a lot of detail about Cyd Hayman (1944-) on IMDb and it indicates that she was still acting in 1998. I remember Manhunt quite well and it was good series. There was a raid on a Nazi factory towards the end, which was actually filmed at an old derelict power station by Stonebridge Park, Wembley. I know this having gone down there to take a look at what was going on.
