In my senior year we had a new language teacher. She was 4, 5 years older than us 17-18 year olds. She had enthusiasm, meant well, but just shouldn't have been a teacher. She started fucking one of her male students who was her own student in the language class she taught. We all found out about it, we lost respect for her, and some of us acted accordingly. She knew we knew, and her desire to be a teacher faded pretty fast. I don't remember she lasted the year. My buddy and I last saw her waitressing at a local pub a few years later. She and we kept our distance from each other at the pub that night.
Interesting times back then... in my school district teachers could hit, grab and slap the younger students. And getting sexual with the older students wasn't that frowned upon either.
