standard host-file will dl only resized files form p&h, if the original image is bigger then c. 750x1000)
For most hosts you have only to update IHG. Be aware, that IHG doesn't work with Firefox V. 4.5 or later.
With Firefox Nightly, Firefox ESR, Firefox Developer Edition or the alternative Browser Pale Moon, it works.
