Rebecca Balding (born on September 21, 1955) is an American actress who was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is married to television producer James L. Conway.

Some people may remember her from the 1981 horror film The Boogens, but I actually know her solely from a classic Rockford Files episode, "Dwarf In A Helium Hat" (the one where gangsters phone and threaten Jim because he has a similar last name to some Hollywood creep who tricked a mafioso into paying for his own birthday party...)
