This model was identified in the Model ID Request as Sky Sand aka Sky Sande. My scans are below from early 80's magazine Girls Who Crave Hot Dick #2.

As part of the ID, Burpman contributed:

She appeared in a G/G video and possibly some loops. I've seen both spellings: Sand and Sande for her last name. She was active from the late 70s to the early 80s.

In the box cover below, she is the second one next to Maria Tortuga.
