I hope Tm does make the switch ... the he will be annoyed
like most who switch, frustrating at the start not knowing exactly the way around the machine and keep using Windows habits that don't apply on a Mac.
The there's the annoying small period of wondering why you wasted money till one day you actually decide to experiment
About a week after that you're still annoyed at yourself for sticking with Windows for so many years when you finally realise just how simple and fast Apple computers and OS are over it's main rival.
My first Mac was a Mac Mini, gave it to my youngest nieces after a few years of having it, that Mini is now 7 years old, after I gave it a hammering, wiping it clean then giving it to them it's still like the day I first purchased it.
Jake posted that blue screen of death ..... That happened on every single PC and Lap top I had with Windows 98 , XP, Vista and 7. My Mac Mini and this iMac, not a single problem worth mentioning.
