A few years ago
Samoa changed from RHT to LHT. It was mainly about sources of second-hand cars--i.e. moving from ex-American (-Samoan) gas-guzzlers to ex-NZ & -Oz Japanese/Korean rust-buckets... or something.
Sweden went the
other way, a bit earlier.
... before that,
Romans (et al.) kept left.
... & the Austro-Hungarian empire used to keep left.
... there's also a road in Bolivia.
