It might be by Luchi De Jesus, who is credited on IMDB as the composer of original music for that episode of "That Girl" (Cal of the Wild), but I am finding very little of his stuff on the web.
Not been able to find a great deal on this one. Seems that a lot of tracks were recorded specifically for use in the episode they aired in, and were then either archived or lost. That's the trouble with incidental music! Case in point is the version of The Stripper used during the Morcombe and Wise sketch, it's totally different to any others I've heard, but I can't seem to find out who the band were.
