I'm not expecting hard core porn on the BBC or anything but in my opinion to be remotely realistic sex scenes require some amount nudity and women who refuse to do nudity shouldn't go for roles that may need it.

That bugs me as well, you see a scene where the female lead and her lover are in bed, and she is doing her best to keep her breasts covered, pulling the sheets up around her while the male lead is more than happy to show off his physique, so phony, people do not act like that in real life and for me it breaks the illusion of the scene.
