If Michel Jean is Michael Goritschnig then he's Austrian not French, and therefore one better should adress to the German audience to look for an interview.

As far as Caputo/Baudricourt is concerned, I have not found any interview nor biography anywere on the web. The closest thing to an interview I've seen is the tribute film he made for Marilyn Jess, that can be found here, but obviously they discuss of Patinette and not of Caputo…
