Don't have the calendar, but unearthed this, which I think came from a book about Calendar Girls or some such. It was from that 83 calendar. Very similar to your pic from the book, but with Nike in focus and the image flipped.
This was also from the 83 calendar apparantly - it was a tiny pic, which at the time I enlarged a bit, hence the image isn't too sharp.
