Do you mean this thread, meaning the
thread subscription cannot be deleted ?
In that case you must go your User CP
1. Click on "Edit options"
2. Find "Default Thread Subscription Mode"
3. Select "Do not subscribe"
4. Go to bottom page and click on "Save changes"
This cancels automatic subscriptions. Please report if it doesn't work
