I saw Tempest Storm perform in 1970 at the Forbidden City nightclub in Honolulu. It was the classic striptease, with the gown and the gloves, very much like the films she appeared in, except she finished completely nude. There was only about 30 seconds of full nudity, then the lights went out and she left the stage. The Forbidden City was the last of the classic striptease bars in Honolulu and probably closed in the early 70s. The Beretania Follies burlesque house had already closed a few years earlier, before I was a legal adult, so I missed that experience. In the 70s and 80s, Honolulu was full of bars with strippers, but most were tacky and could hardly be called classic.
