Before he became better known as a TV and later film tough guy, Craig Fairbrass was a dancer on Top of the Pops in 1982 ( I spotted him several times in re runs on BBC Four recently)
He also married former Page Three girl Elke Kellick.

Others on Top of the Pops were former page three girl and actress Susie Silvey(dancer in audience). Julie Evans(dancer, page three and magazine model), Grant Santino, the current disco dance world champion in 1981 popped up occasionally, Mick Hucknall, singer with Simply Red (dancer in audience) and bizarrely one year before his group Culture Club appeared on Top of the Pops, Boy George can be seen bopping about in the audience. Actress Erica Lynley was also a dancer with either Zoo or Legs and Co.

One of main dancers Julie Brown, who was also on children's show Crackerjack, went over to America and reinvented herself as 'Downtown' Julie Brown. For one show only Garth Crooks, who then played for Tottenham Hotspur football club(80s) co-presented with Radio 1 DJ Peter Powell.
