As many are now finding out, however, there was tremendous leaking, lying and corruption at the highest levels of the FBI, Justice & State,” before adding in a second tweet that, “Comey knew it all, and much more!”

Comey responded in a separate tweet just a few minutes later. “Mr. President, the American people will hear my story very soon,” he wrote. “And they can judge for themselves who is honorable and who is not.”

Lordy! will his book be explosive (or as explosive as an academic's book can be - don't expect Fire & Fury), because he'll expose the mix of internal FBI corruption in the NY field office and Republican shenanigans which forced him to announce he was re-opening the investigation into the Clinton email server. Expect Jason Chaffetz (who suddenly quit his seat last year - wonder why, since he was one of the most powerful people on The Hill) to be dragged through the mud and back over that one.
