This isn't about porn scenes so much as about porn in general, but I dislike how every single thing becomes a fetish. For instance, I and many other guys like scenes with kissing. Porn producers have figured that out and now have scenes with the actors literally drooling all over each other like bassett hounds. I like girls to be barefoot because to me it looks natural and comfortable.
