Well, the thing shows up as malware when you google it, e.g.
here or
here. Frankly, that you get it whenever you log in is a clear sign for a browser hijack, so do not use it for any sensitive logins until you got rid of the thing. If this is too stubborn for you to handle then hand your machine to a professional computer shop and let them fix it - this is what they do all day, every day.
