Recently, while competing at the World Championships in Switzerland, the seam of Ms Cooke's spandex competition suit split while she thrust her bottom out in preparation for a descent. Highly embarrassing for her since this was broadcast on live television. Very fortunate for us since it could be recorded by viewers and rebroadcast.
