my update policy for years has been to manually check for updates. That will remain the case with the addition of checking on here and elsewhere against every update classified as important (all other categories can go jump off a cliff)

i wonder how long before microsoft exerts some influence with the big anti-virus providers to try to get GWX classified as malware or a virus if it's going to prevent the expansion of world domination enterprises inc.
