Suggest rename thread from Catherine Ellison to Catharine Ellison.

The (uncommon) "A" spelling is visible in text of scan in second post. That's (Mayfair) the mag. from which her thread id/name comes/derives.

The "E" spelling is understandable but has no origin/supporting evidence, it's just a typo.
