Barresi appeared first in gay loops & magazines before his straight debut opposite Annette Haven, in Coed Fever. In 1978, he was the first man to appear (along with a female model)on the cover of Hustler. He did mainly loops & photo shoots for most of his career ,occasionally returning to gay, before retiring from acting to become a director of gay videos from 1990-2009
