They are going to reclassify Win10 download as a "Recommended" update instead of an "Optional" update. Depending on your Windows Update settings, that will download and install the software. However, they claim you still have to actually accept the installation twice - once for the EULA and one other occasion.

The best defence is to change you Windows Update settings, IMHO.
