You could try to do all of that and they still would come. They are not coming for the "freebies" they are coming to work and overall survival. Thanks to the drug war over here Mexico has got a murder rate that is second only to Syria. That is not to mention the other Central American countries we have aided in installing governments to our liking and the upheaval that has caused. The biggest freebie America has to offer is survivial.

They work for their money just like you work for yours, probably more so cause immigrants tend to get exploited more than the native population so unless you are willing to pay more taxes why ask them to pay more?
