The girl above was in a compilation dvd which featured scenes from Digital Dreams/Snatch/Notorious/Moonlight/Caballero/Arrow production companies and it was made around 2004.
There were 20 plus scenes and none were from beyond 1998 however I wouldn't be willing to bet this is 1998 or before but it could be 1998, she does Chris Cannon in the scene, it looks like Chris' early days but probably not one of his very first scenes.
