i've registered with a lot of filehosts as i found this occasionally
made a difference in busy times
When a file is first posted i usually wait till its off the first few
pages before even trying manually
Alas there is a practice on many forums of posters continually bumping threads to the top page
to try and maximise exposure so more free users potentially will upgrade to premium
No guarantees when your a free downloader that the server any file is on wont be
at full capacity
Slow or inaccessible hosts are nothing new - just supply and demand in play
