I tried it both, anon and logged in. Both times the upload worked fine.
The issues of bulk-dl with IHG maybe depends on the browser of the downloader?
Denaniel stated, he could dl both with IHG, galleries which are uploaded anon and galleries wich are uploaded logged in.
