Yes, she started modeling in 1988 but I think 1991 is the right date for her H/C debut. (A bit off topic but Cathy Patrick's debut was 1992, Molly O'Brian would be the first sometime in the 80's; Nicolette Rose and Pauline Hickey were softcore AFAIK)
BTW, joaquin over at MA has about 1000 Lisa pic's, I don't know how many are dupes of martynz collection though.
