Considering some of the facial tats on some of our NZ ethnic brethren....the ones with a head start in the 'built-in suntan' stakes-his effort is rather mild....he got a bit of media coverage here last week-seemingly one more case of the media's ongoing campaign of 'pimping the poor'....there was a noticeable groundswell of negative sympathy expressed for his situation-especially as the facial was done on his last time as a guest of HM....
