That's the funniest thing I've heard of in ages, watching that and thinking:" I really must do my civic duty and last about 5 minutes, that seems sensible.."
Usually the reason the victim was 'shot' in the legs was for an actual reason, I'm not saying it was right (Not a fan of vigilantism) but in Northern Ireland there was always a low level of petty crime for obvious reasons.
