I'm sorry "haunted", but this picture was probably taken in 1978.
The sentence is the following:
Candy Loving was the 25th Anniversary Playboy Playmate (December 1953 + 25 = December 1978). She was at the World of Wheels Auto Show in Evansville Indiana that year (in 1978) and posed for me while signing my poster.

It would have been incredible that a woman of about 50 years old still looks like that!
