You have to ask the producer/creator of the Milena Velba content, Daktari Lorenz. He has total control of the material Milena participates in. Hitomi still resides in Japan so Daktari has to schedule a time for her to come to Germany for shooting, pay her travel expenses, and pay her for the actual shoots too. Also, in recent years, Daktari has tend to spread his models around and have them work with different "co-stars" rather than repeating shoots with the same two models. For example, a few months Milena and Nadine Jansen did their first video together in several years.
