* 19 (or 20) military aircraft (which, by definition, are not commercial).
* 1 (or 12) stolen aircraft (which, by definition, are not missing as someone certainly knows where they are!).
* 4 to 6 training aircraft which were never actually commercial planes.
* and 3 or 4 aircraft that were under private lease and not under operation by the owners or involved in commerce when they went missing.
