Today's drink is from Germany. Tucher Bajuvator Doppelbock. A dark brown beer that when poured makes a huge, creamy beige head. Alcohol content 7.5%. Tastes of dark roasted malt, toffee, caramel, figs, coffee, brown sugar. Sweetness is balanced by hop bitterness. One of the most outstanding beers I have ever tasted.
