He also says in the interview, the films are shot without sound and sent to Germany for sound-treatment) it is likely that the musicians and composers were connected to the German company that did the sync.
Maybe they already had royalty-free music-releases for use in tv/film/radio etc, back then?

in the early 80's when i watched them they had english dub. sounded like pear an dean advertising an rank advertising voices' you heard in the cinema
but apparently it's very hard too find them now?
