A funny place to start when answering this question, but let's talk about Sarah's nose first.
Some of you may not have noticed, but as well as having surgery on her breasts, Sarah also had some done on her nose - this was carried out before her breast augmentation surgery.
By the time she filmed the Dirty Woman films her nose had been straightened. The pictures below are first, her original nose, then after surgery in a picture from Dirty Woman in a scene with Christoph Clark.
In the first movie Sarah made for Hans Moser (
The Sarah Young Collection No. 1), she still had her original nose. In that, the first scene has Sarah using a vibrator in her anus. In the next scene she is analized by Hans Clemens.
However, Dave Wells said that before she went to Germany to work with Hans Moser he filmed Sarah for a movie - which Hans later incorporated into
The Sarah Young Collection No. 3. In it Sarah uses a cucumber in her anus.
In the extended version of the film that appeared in
Private Fantasies, Part 5 you also get a very brief glimpse (about 28 seconds) of Sarah being analized by Frank Thring (aka Bill Wright). Unfortunately, you cannot see their faces, so you have to go by the stockings Sarah is wearing.
