Downthemall will download linked pics and other files and direct pics from websites. I also found out that it's a great tool for downloading from paysites.

A truly great tool for downloading thumbnailed pics from imagehosts like Imagevenue etc.
- Getpictureslist: http://gpl.tracking-celebs.info/
Also for downloading thumbnailed pics from imagehost, but with a different feature set. Works in other browsers too.
