I expect she would like to frig herself vigorously, using two fingers to rub herself, rapidly back and forth over her pantie gusset. She has however first to satisfy the photographer's needs - that is, for him to get some fabulous glamour pictures. It's clearly a warm day in the countryside. Therefore the fact that she is wearing neither a brassiere nor a skirt is no problem. So the photographer's clothing specification has been followed to the letter.
